Autumn Meyer

Autumn is a yoga teacher, homeschooling mama, outdoor adventurer, and big advocate for finding ways to care for yourself in every season of life. Yoga had been an on and off part of her movement practice since she was a teen, but it wasn't until after the birth of her second baby that yoga became her lifeline to connection with her body and something bigger. In her classes you can expect a little play and lightheartedness added to your practice, a lot of sweat and space for intensity and challenge, invitations to soften to what you need in the moment, and lots of room to gain what you need from your time on the mat. Autumn is passionate about modifications, yoga being accessible to every body, learning what serves you and your heart best, and to deeply listen to your inner voice. You'll leave class with new tools to bring into your day to day life, be that in breath, movement, grounding, or being able to reach that thing under the couch without pain.

Merion Wright
she//her
Merion is a vinyasa style yoga instructor whose classes are rooted in the connection between breath and movement. You can expect dynamic, energetic classes with opportunities for heat building, play and balance exploration. She loves using subtle cues and anatomical awareness to foster embodiment and a very present practice.
Yoga asana has been an integral part of Merion’s movement practice for over 15 years, initially as a complement to all of the other outdoor movement activities she loves and eventually proving to be so much more. It was essential for her during both of her pregnancies, but especially post partum, as she grappled with returning to her sense of individuality. Merion’s goal in her classes is to create space for students to listen to their bodies and reconnect with themselves, while offering guidance and support through challenging places.
When she’s not on her mat, you can find Merion adventuring outside with her family, baking bread, or storming through a good book.
